The Process

Stage 1: You place your order and upload/fax/e-mail any extra materials (if applicable)

You fill out the order form on our website and submit payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Dinners, JCB and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo. We also accept PayPal, and ACH for American clientsWe instantly receive your project guidelines and send out a confirmation e-mail. Immediately upon placing your order you will be able to log in to our on-line secure Customer Service Area to monitor your order's progress, communicate with the writers, and upload any additional files. We will also accept any relevant documents by fax and e-mail.

Stage 2: Order is allocated to a qualified writer

Upon receiving your order we will assign the project to a qualified writer.

Stage 3: The writer conducts research

Depending on the nature of your project, the writer may do research as required.

Stage 4: The writer manually types the content.

The writer manually types your project in Microsoft Word. The document will be saved in Rich Text Format (.rtf) for compatibility reasons (.doc files may not open correctly in different versions of Microsoft Word) and will retain all editing capabilities so you will be able to make any changes as needed. For projects that require additional data (graphs, tables, slides, spreadsheets, images, etc.), we may use other applications to store and deliver that information (e.g. Microsoft Excel(.XLS), Powerpoint (.PPT), Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) or ADOBE PHOTOSHOP (.JPG,.GIF), etc.)

Stage 5: Plagiarism detection

We use a corporate subscription to a commercial plagiarism detection service and run every paper through that system for quality control. Should you find any plagiarism in any of our papers, we will issue a complete refund, guaranteed.

Stage 6: The copy is proofread by an editor

An editor proofreads the paper to make sure there are no typos or grammar/sentence structure/spelling mistakes.

Stage 7: Your content is ready for delivery

Upon passing all quality control procedures all project files will be uploaded to our Customer Service Area and automatically e-mailed at the e-mail addresses provided in the order form. You will also be able to access all files via the Customer Service Area directly. We provide that exclusive option to guarantee that the finished work is received by the client on-time. We consider e-mail delivery to be highly unreliable for such an important task specifically because of the spam filters utilized by most e-mail services. Those programs may erroneously treat legitimate mail as spam, misplace the message to some folder or even delete it.

Stage 8: Revisions and rewrites (if needed

) If the writer missed anything, we will correct any issue free of charge. To submit a revision please log in to our Customer Service Area.
